Health certificate:

Bank issued financial statement:

Get your printout by visiting the bank where you have the account. This printout is issued in English and does not need to be translated. This account must be in your own name.

The balance of this account at the time of issuance should be 1 to 2 million USD.

Travel Insurance:

Apply for travel insurance for the Russian Federation by visiting your insurance company.
